What are our return policies?

You have ordered an item you don’t like or just changed your mind? We will reimburse you.

Refunds will be taken into account if the item is returned under conditions suitable for resale (unworn and returned in their original packaging) within 10 days.

How to return my purchase and get a refund?


Free returns for in-store drop offs at:

Return by mail:

-Fill in your order number and the reason for your return on a sheet of paper.

-Pack the product to be returned

-Ship your package to the following address:

Upon package reception, our quality department will check the condition of the returned merchandise.

No return will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the returned product is worn or damaged, meaning the product is made unfit for sale.

Any returned item must include all of its original labels (including barcode and composition) in its original packaging.

If your return is refused, you will be informed by e-mail, and the return costs remain at your expense.


If your return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded by bank transfer within 15 days by our logistics center.

We will reimburse you for the price of the invoiced items as well as a single flat rate of:

5€ for return costs for France

7€ for return costs for the rest of Europe

10€ for return costs outside Europe


Be sure to keep proof of your mail deposit. No refund can be made without proof of deposit.

Do not forget to attach your delivery slip to identify your order number and validate your refund.
